Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Perry Brosnan had 12 years of client service experience in the Hospitality Industry. During this time Perry established finely tuned communication skills which made for a smooth transition to residential real estate.
Now a "veteran" of the Gold Coast real estate scene for over 16 years, Perry has gained a reputation for his professionalism, and as a consistently high achiever having won several awards throughout his career.
In 2015, Perry was named among the Top 5% of sales agents in the Professionals Group for his outstanding number of listings and sales.
Perry has also been placed in the top 10% for the Professionals Australian East Coast for the past 4 years and top 2% for number of sales and listings in 2010 & 2011 as well as being awarded the prestigious professionals "Shining Star of the Year" Award for 2011.
Well versed in all areas of residential real estate, Perry has been instrumental in negotiating everything from high profile beachfront sales, the amalgamation of development sites, entire apartment block sales right through to houses and units throughout Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Miami and the surrounding suburbs of Burleigh and Broadbeach.
